What’s it about

This was a very fun series, and I think enjoyable for any fans of Terry’s books. I couldn’t help but notice all of the beautiful actors, but I didn’t mind that at all. Allanon felt a little bit underpowered to me compared to what I recall in the book, but it’s been a long time ago since I read the Elfstones so maybe I’m remembering that wrong. I’d like to have a seen a bit more impressive special effects, but I guess there just isn’t the budget for something more along the lines of what is seen in GoT or what we’ve seen in a Lord of the Rings movie.
